Dyslexia is a common learning difficulty that affects a person’s ability to read. Difficulties remembering, recognizing, and/or reversing letters, numbers and words are typical signs of dyslexia. People with dyslexia have normal vision and normal intelligence, though some signs of include a reading level below that expected of the age level, difficulty recognizing written words and letters, and trouble comprehending instructions. Following more than one command at a time and recalling sequences are also difficult for dyslexics. Treatment options include developmental, corrective or remedial treatment, movement-based therapies (brain gym, educational kinesiology), tinted lenses, auditory therapies and nutritional supplements
