The “spiritual” category deals with the natural therapies that utilise life force energy in a non-invasive way in order to bring about mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical benefits.
There can be many benefits to seeing a spiritual practitioner. Spiritual Healing has the potential to access disturbances on all levels of our being - emotional, mental, spiritual and physical. Bringing the chakras (Sanskrit word for wheel) into balance immediately lightens your whole system. Negative or blocked energies are allowed to be released and this brings clarity on a mental level and a deep sense of well-being.
By undertaking a spiritual therapy such as Body Harmony or Transformational Kinesiology, not only can emotional or mental blocks be cleared, but the physical aspect of the body can also be improved. All forms of spiritual therapy are non invasive and do not use any form of medication, making them suitable to use with other natural therapies, as well as in conjunction with traditional medicine.
For example: if you have an emotional attachment to situation or past event, and have not accepted the outcome, you will carry it with you until you are ready to let it go. This attachement, and the feeling associated with it, will be felt by others (depending on how strongly you are choosing to hold onto it) and more importantly will be felt by you when you come into contact with something or someone that reminds you of it. It is your load to bear, if you choose to let it go then you will feel lighter … “like the weight of the world has been lifted …”
Body Harmony encompasses many aspects of bodywork, and represents the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of the client. The client is the true source of healing and it is for this reason that Body Harmony listens to the body and follows the unique path that each person has set for them. Some of the many things that Body Harmony can do include releasing stress and tension, relieving aches and pains, and restoring natural body movements. It helps to promote relaxation and wellbeing. A session lasts from one to one and a half hours and it is a non invasive treatment that can be performed with other natural therapies.
Pranic Healing uses prana or life energy in order to create health and wellbeing within a person. The purpose of this therapy is to clear and correct energy imbalances as well as to remove depleted, diseased, or congested energy so that fresh, pure energy may take its place. Pranic healing can be used to treat spiritual, psychological and physical conditions, and as it works through the aura, it is non-invasive and drug free. Pranic healing is able to heal the aura and the chakras in the body, whether they are the major or minor chakras. Chakras are energy centres within the body and if these are damaged or blocked in any way, illness can occur. Disease is simply that, a dis-ease in the body.
Reconnective Healing is a therapy that was discovered by Dr Eric Pearl. It utilises energy frequencies in order for the mind, body, and spirit to be healed. These energies are initiated by the practitioner at the start of the session and you will feel the effects for long afterward. Generally speaking, one to three sessions of Reconnective Healing are recommended, after which, you can opt to have the Reconnection performed. The Reconnection allows you to reconnect to the meridian lines in your body.
Spiritual healing is an umbrella term for a wide range of treatments and it may also be known as energetic healing, vibrational healing, or clairvoyant healing. To be defined as spiritual healing, one of the key things is that the therapy or process needs to be therapeutic or healing without the use of medicines or remedies. Healing occurs solely through the use of energy. Spiritual healing channels a form of energy that cannot be seen or felt but is the essence of all living things. It is often described as Light, Life Force or the Vital Force. Many spiritual healers act as a channel for this energy, and then direct the energy to their client in a way that brings the client both benefit and relief.
Transformational Kinesiology is a therapy that believes that the way that we perceive events in our lives and the world in general can transform our situations in many subtle ways. The technique works with a person’s own innate wisdom, allowing the person to live their life consciously and intentionally. Simply put, the process involves setting a goal that has been previously unachievable, and then discovering any hidden blockages or behaviours that stop the person from achieving the goal. Balances are also involved in the process, and these work on the subtle structures of the body. Ultimately, transformational kinesiology works with both muscle responses and subtle energies.
