Anemia is the shortage or decrease of red blood cells or hemoglobin in the blood. Essentially, this deficiency impact’s the blood’s ability to carry oxygen around the body. Low iron, blood loss, chronic illness, genetic predispositions or medicinal side effects might cause anemia, and telltale signs include (but are not limited to!) weakness, lethargy, pallor and breathlessness. Treatment includes homeopathy, massage, vitamin therapy, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, an iron rich diet, blood transfusions or surgery to correct internal bleeding where and if it occurs.
