RSI or repetitive strain injury occurs when repetitive physical movements are performed and leads to injuries of the tendons, nerves, muscles and other soft tissues. Symptoms of RSI include aches, pain, swelling, numbness, tingling, weakness and cramps. Treatment options include osteopathy, chiropractic, deep tissue massage, Alexander technique, Pilates, yoga, Bowen technique, magnet therapy, acupuncture, Feldenkrais and Shiatsu.
