Head lice refer to the small parasitic insects that tends to live on the head and neck hairs of humans. It is most frequently considered a condition that affects children but may in fact affect anyone at any age. Symptoms of head lice are characterized by itching, scratching, tiny eruptions or a rash, and visibly exposed head lice.
