Measles

Measles is an acute and highly contagious disease that is distinctive due to red spots followed by a rash. It occurs mostly in children. Symptoms of measles include a runny nose, cough, fever, red eyes, red rash, and body aches. It can be treated through bed rest, plenty of fluids, using anti-itching lotions such as calamine, herbal medicine and homoeopathy. Immunization is the best way to prevent against contracting the disease.
