Frozen shoulder, also known as “Adhesive Capsulitis”, refers to a painful condition where the shoulder movement is severely constrained. The condition may occur as a result of injury or where the shoulder has been immobilized for a prolonged period. Moreover, the condition is known to occur more frequently in patients suffering from diabetes, thyroid problems or cardiac problems.
