Tracy Purcell - Clinical Practitioner
Tracy is a trained in the following modalities Aura-Soma, Theta Healing, Tibetian Hands on Healing,
Colour Reflexology and Intuitive energy work. It is through a combination of these modalities she works with her clients.
She has a pro-active approach to insure her clients are given the essential tools and information to help them find the balance that their individual souls need to live in peace & harmony.
A typical session combines the four so together we can work on going to the heart of clients true potential. Uncovering the conditioning that holds you back from reaching it. A very informative and interactive process that gives you plenty of self work to follow on with.
She aims to provide you with the tools that will uncover the blocks that keep you from living and reaching your true purpose.
Elizabeth Meadows - Clinical Practitioner
Elizabeth is a trained Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and a Director of Nousoma Holistic Health Centre. For 14 years she worked in the field of Human Resources.
During this time she saw the effects that today’s fast pace is having on our lives. To live and more importantly to survive a high pressured, high geared lifestyle, we need to take care of
ourselves, build resilience and ensure we keep balanced.

The Treatment
A typical Jin Shin Jyutsu session last about an hour and a half (with a half hour consultation preceding the treatment). The receiver remains clothed and lies face up on a cushioned treatment table. There is no massage or manipulation of muscles involved. The practitioner applies a sequence, or "flow" by placing the fingertips on designated points (safety energy locks) on the body to harmonise and restore the energy flow along a given pathway.
Although the treatment is unique and an unrepeatable experience, the most common effect is that of deep relaxation - and who among us doesn't welcome any opportunity to let go of stress and restore our energy levels.
Although most people feel the benefits immediately, it is recommended you commit to as least four treatments and then arrange for further "fine tuning" as and when you require it. Repeated sessions takes the harmony and balance deeper and deeper.
