I am now consultating from rooms in Freemans Bay, so you now have a choice of two Auckland Locations
Mt Albert and Freemans Bay. The new Freemans Bay location is ideal for clients who wish to come during the day resulting in less downtime from your work day. Please mention when you phone to make an appointment which location you would prefer.
Creating Wellness
I am now colabroating with a very talented low impact Chiroprator. Together we are running a Creating Wellness programme that is designed to help you make positive changes in your lifestyle.
How is this different from a Wellness programme that I already provide to my Naturopathic Clients? This programme has a Chiropractic base line. Useing the Creating Wellness programme you will completing a 15 week programme with tangelable measurements on three levels, Physical, Bio-Chemical and Physchological, plus weekly lifestyle coaching.
