About the studio
“in balance studio” is set in the peace and privacy of my Mt Albert home.
We believe that exercise is an important part of life's balance. Let us share our passion for exercise with you and show you how to get amazing results using the least amount of time and have fun doing it.

Classical Pilates Mat classes: limited to 7
The essence of all Pilates work, a series of movements designed to improve posture, create core strength, long lean muscles, strength, breath control and enhance concentration.

Low chair classes: Limited to 2
Using the classical Pilates low chair this 30 min workout will challenge all. Highly effective at increasing flexibility, strength and coordination.

Walk ’n’ Weights class
Walk for fitness and weight loss, body weighted exercises for strength and toning. This 60 Minutes class is designed to get you moving working on you aerobic fitness for health and weight loss, using body weighted exercise to tone and strengthen. All outdoors lots of fun to be had.
