Hi, I’m Tania Cottew, an integrative natural therapist with a Diploma in Medical Aromatherapy.  When I first qualified in 1998, I specialised in Paediatrics and Women’s Health for several years, particularly in the areas of fertility and infertility, pregnancy and miscarriages, hormone imbalance conditions (including early menopause) and using essential oils, herbs, bioregulatory medicine and diet to help rebalance the body, and spent some time working in palliative care.

Since then, I have spent more time focused on cumulative concussion and systemic disorders due to the immune system being compromised by the gut, as I have had to learn to live with multiple allergies and head injuries myself, and the science of orthomolecular medicine (supplementation).

During my rehab years, I went back to Wellpark College and studied nutrition, naturopathy and more homeopathy, and therefore use a mix in my practice, depending on your personal requirements.

This year I have trained in the SmartDNA system and am waiting to be set up as your local practitioner using this exciting new modality to help you be the best you can be with the genes you inherited.

I work with your GP, not instead of him/her and like to work with blood tests to monitor your health.  

On Wednesdays, I offer free 30 minute sessions by appointment where you can come and meet me and see if I am the right fit for you on your journey to a better you. :-)
