About Me and My Practice
I studied Bowen Therapy with Fascial Kinetics and have been a Bowen Practitioner for six years. My clinic is in a peaceful, rural setting near Bannockburn but a large part of my practice now is mobile and I travel around Central Otago to treat clients on a weekly basis. I am also a qualified Canine Bowen Therapist, having trained in Australia with the International School of Bowen. My clients come to me with a range of issues - chronic pain, sporting injuries,respiratory and digestive through to headaches, sleep disorders and health maintenance. Over the years Bowen has shown me that , not only does it address a wide range of injuries and conditions, but when used regularly as a maintenance treatment it enables our bodies to function at their optimum so injuries are less likely to occur and symptoms less prevalent.
Practice Hours
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm By appointment only. I am accepting new clients.
Duration and Cost
90 minute Bowen Assessment and Treatment - $80 Canine Bowen Assessment and Treatment - $60 Additional mileage fee will apply outside of Bannockburn/Cromwell
Qualifications
Certificate of Competency in Fascial Kinetics (Fascial Kinetics) Certificate with Distinction in Applied Anatomy and Physiology for Holistic BodyWorkers (Holistic Health Training Ltd) Certified Canine Bowen Therapis (International School of Bowen)
Other Training or Experience
Diploma in AgriBusiness Management Vet Nurse for eight years specialising in small animals

Additional Information
Having played many sports over the years, I have a special interest in sports injury management, prevention and rehabilitation. I am open to collaborating with other health professionals to safely integrate Bowen Therapy into a client's wellness plan. Professional development is an area I see as being crucial and over the last six years I have continued to develop my depth of knowledge through ongoing education and workshops on the integral role fascia plays within our bodies.
