Helping people achieve their desired goals and highest potential is my passion.
I taught the piano for 20 years from the age of 13 and have also worked in the Education system for 20 years, with children experiencing a variety of special needs, including physical, mental and behavioural challenges.
I am a Certified CranioSacral Therapist and my background, over three decades, also includes;
- 2 years Naturopathic study

My ‘CranioSacral Therapy’ (CST) studies began in 1998 and include;
- CST 1&2;
- SER (Somato and Emotional Release) 1&2;
- CST for Pediatrics;
- Advanced CST;
- VM (Visceral Manipulation) 1 A&B.
I studied ‘CranioSacral Therapy’ in New Zealand, Canada and the USA.
For 3 years I assisted the Teachers of ‘CranioSacral Therapy’ both in Australia and New Zealand at all levels of training. In 2002 I participated in a ‘CranioSacral Therapy’ Perceptorship Training at the Upledger Institute in Florida, USA, where I worked alongside permanent CranioSacral Therapy staff, including Dr. John Upledger, founder of CranioSacral Therapy, in a week long Intensive with 6 clients.
I became a Certified ‘CranioSacral Therapist’ in 2003.
Over the subsequent years I have deepened my knowledge, awareness and wisdom to expand my toolbox of healing modalities to encompass, what I feel best describes the healing now being achieved, to what I call, Cellular Cosmic Healing. Since 2020 I recognized more and more, that the less I intervened in any way during a session, especially through placing my hands on my clients and influencing what is being worked on, either with my own or my clients healing sessions, the deeper and more effective each subsequent healing. Consequently, now I tune into my healing team and allow Grace and pure divine light to flow through me to where it is required cosmically. Without my hands touching my clients physically or even knowing what the healing is about, until it is well underway.
Cellular Cosmic Healing
Cellular Cosmic Healing is a hands off, deeper form of CranioSacral Therapy. Cellular Cosmic Healing is a unique, multidimensional Cosmic healing at a cellular level, assisting you to heal physically, physiologically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, as well as healing the impact of your ancestry and past life aspects, depending on the priority of your soul and body for each unique individual session. Each healing also includes healing of all your auric bodies and energy fields, where appropriate. During 'Cellular Cosmic Healing' as with CranioSacral Therapy, your body’s cells heal and release deep seated core issues. Your body self-corrects and heals itself.
