About Me
My passion for clean living was ignited following the birth of my two children. Born via c-section, and as is often the case post these births, they began their lives with less than optimal gut flora which began a downward spiral of compromised immunity, food intolerances and behavioural issues.
It has been a long road to recovery and I walked most of that road alone, stumbling along and learning through trial and error. What I would have given for someone to hold my hand and say, “let’s stop, take a breath and break this down into bite sized chunks.” I just couldn’t see the wood for the trees and this took a toll on my own health.
My biggest learning has been that we are such unique beings and one person’s food is another person’s poison. It’s about identifying what is right for you and/or your family and then making that happen in a way that suits you, your budget and your lifestyle, so as to be sustainable.
Ill health was the catalyst for our change and as a family, we have all benefited as a result with strengthened immunity and an increased appreciation for nutrient dense, nourishing food. It has undoubtedly improved the quality of our lives.
Today I am dedicated to helping you experience this too.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I will work with you to help correct lifestyle imbalances which can result in the manifestation of ‘dis-ease’.
My role is to facilitate your transformation by providing empowerment, resources and gentle accountability, enabling you to reclaim your health and happiness.
