About Liz:
I was an Occupational Therapist for many years in Psychiatry. After training in Clinical Hypnosis and NLP in the 1990's, I was based in Hamilton and then Tauranga from 1998 - 2010. I moved to Melbourne to work part-time with 'The Gawler Foundation', a cancer retreat in the Yarra Valley in Victoria, but I've continued to work in the field of Hypnotherapy. It's a powerful way of making desired change, as I learned myself in the early 90's.
My services:
I'm passionate about combining NLP techniques with Hypnosis to treat a variety of issues & to produce a really good outcome for you. I've specialised for many years in the treatment of Phobias, Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression and Post traumatic Stress. I also love working clients who wish to Stop Smoking.
Whilst I may return to NZ in the future, I'm currently based in Melbourne and work with clients in both Victoria and NZ via Skype. As Hypnotherapy is very much about 'Voice', Skype is a wonderful medium for working with a client in the relaxed familiar comfort of their own home. Payment is made online immediately after the session into my NZ a/c. Easy!
I'm a recent Skype convert, enjoying 'face to face' client contact without travelling distances in peak hours etc! Wonderful!
I love working with you (the client) in your own home environment via Skype and the feedback from clients has been excellent. I genuinely wish I'd begun working in this way years ago.
Hypnosis Downloads:
I have recorded a range of Hypnosis Downloads that can be downloaded into a Mobile, Tablet or Computer for your Hypnotherapy use - the range includes ' Alcohol reduction', 'Public Speaking Confidence', 'Self Esteem', 'Fear of Flying' plus others.

I also return to NZ late October each year to assist with a 7 day Meditation Retreat at Mana Retreat Centre in the Coromandel, and I usually include some private work in Tauranga.
