Let 2016 be the year to bring the yoga of awareness into your life, with consistent practice of Kundalini Yoga your heart opens, old habits fade away with new beginnings appearing as you transform your mind,body and soul by raising the flow of energy known as Kundalini by breath work, kriyas(set of postures), mantras, (sound vibration) and meditation.
All levels of experience and fitness welcome.$20 per class.
