CORNELIA KRISTEN
The Acupuncture Woman offers a wide range of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) methods such as Acupuncture, Tuina Massage, Cupping or Chinese Herbs, to bring your body’s Qi back to harmony.
Cornelia started her second career in TCM in 2009. After a Law Degree in Germany in the 90’s, she took a break to take care of her two children. During that time, Cornelia volunteered at a woman’s holistic health centre in Germany. Coming to New Zealand in late 2007, Cornelia wanted to help the people in her community, and so decided to start studying TCM. After discovering that TCM relived her of her migraines, she became increasingly more interested in learning about acupuncture and other TCM techniques.
Cornelia is a registered acupuncturist with New Zealand Register of Acupuncturists.
The service offerings at The Acupuncture Woman are amended by acupuncture, and herb treatments. Additional training in Kiko Style Japanese acupuncture, facial acupuncture and aroma therapy allow Cornelia to offer a wide range of treatments to bring your life back in balance.
The Acupuncture Woman treats in a holistic way. That means that you are not only treated for your body, but also for your soul. The life, how the customer lives, the inner and outer circumstances that influence the health, as well as the inner balance. At The Acupuncture Woman the customer get treatments using TCM techniques and advice how to bring the body and/or the life back in balance.
