We have busy lives and often don't take the time to reflect on where we are and where we are heading. We are not keen to take time out of our day to dedicate to a 'personal lifestyle check up'. When it comes to creating our ultimate lifestyle the words above are an integral part of the process.
In order to be able to successfully create our ultimate lifestyle we need to know what that would look like and the best place to start is to look at what is important to us - our values.
We human beings are all so different and unique and as such our 'ultimate lifestyle' will be different for each of us too.
Me - my ultimate lifestyle includes clear water, blue sky and white sand, as often as possible. It also includes travelling and experiencing new places and special moments - what does yours include?

These two quotes are my absolute favourites and form the basis of my personal life philosophy.
I believe the purpose of life is to be happy and to find ways everyday to experience happiness. Life isn't easy and very often 'life' seems to get in the way of our happiness..... but if we just change our focus, or the lens through which we view this exciting and wonderful world we live in, we'll see that our happiness is right there in front of us where we left it....
I am a qualified, registered teacher who spends four days each week working as a High School Careers Counsellor supporting wonderful high school students as they explore all the possibilites before them. On the 'other' day of the week, I find ways to further enhance my life by supporting private clients and also 'paying in forward' in some way.
I have two wonderful boys (young men now at 19 and 22) who inspire me everyday to love life as much as they do and a yummy husband who keeps me grounded!
I live with my husband, youngest son, mum in law, five cats, one gorgeous snooodle and a goldfish in the serene tranquility of Titirangi.
I am the founding Angel of a wonderful organisation "Kiwi Angels". Our mission is to "warm kiwi hearts one kind act at a time" and 10% of my business income goes to this wonderful cause.
