Touch of Indonesia is a pioneer in traditional Indonesian massage in New Zealand. We offer treatments based on authentic oil-based Indonesian massage styles commonly called Javanese and Balinese massage and reflexology.
Our mission is to provide wellness and promote a healthy lifestyle, primarily through massage treatment. To be able to do this, our therapists are trained to provide the benefits of this age-old treatment. Where applicable, they have certificates for their competency as professional therapists.
Our first location is in Takapuna, a convenient location in Auckland.
Javanese Therapy Massage
This is an oil-based therapeutic massage that originated as an ancient system of healing with a history of over 300 years in Indonesia. In Javanese massage, pushing and stroking techniques predominate, working to ease muscle and joint pain. Deep thumb pressures pushing, pressing and circling along and around the body's energy meridians to break down tensely knotted muscles and to stimulate the body's lymphatic system into releasing its self-regenerative power. The holistic healing power of this treatment is very strong, as quite a few clients with physical problems experienced, for whom other treatments didn't bring relief.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and tight muscles such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Cancellations or change of bookings at least 48 hours prior to booking: no charge. Cancellations less than 48 hours before booking: may be charged at 50% of the booked rate. All prices include GST.
