About Me
I started working in the Natural Therapy field early in the 1970's studying Herbal Medicine when my son was sick. I then Studied Reiki To the level of Reiki Master in the early 80's I then studied Massage and Cranio Sacral Therapy, followed by Lymphatic Drainage and my favourite Bodytalk.

I am working from the lovely holistic centre in Mosgiel and my home Clinic in Abbotsford as well as travelling to Balclutha.
Lymphatic drainage
Lymphatic drainage is beneficial for moving fluid in the body particularly Pre and post surgery, anywhere where there is fluid build up. Pre surgery helps to remove some of the toxins and make recovery faster. Post surgery aid in recovery and by reducing fluid increased mobility and flexibility. It also helps reduce the pain of fluid build up after breast surgery.
Body Talk
Body Talk - uses the body's own innate intelligence to allow the energy systems to be rebalanced so they can operate a as normal. Each organ endocrine and bodypart connects to each other at all times. Through exposure to the stresses of day-to-day life, however, the bodys ability to communicate effectively can become disconnected, I think of the body similar to an old fashioned Telephone exchange where there are crossed wires, missed calls and poor lines of communication,which then leads to a decline in physical, emotional and/or mental well-being.
Reconnecting these lines of communication enables the body's internal mechanisms to function at optimal levels, thus repairing and preventing disease while rapidly accelerating the healing process. In this way, BodyTalk stimulates the body's innate ability to balance and heal itself on all levels.
Crainio-sacral Therapy
Crainio-sacral Therapy - An imbalance in Cranio system and dural tube (Brain and Spine) can adversely affect the development and function of the brain and spinal cord which can result in sensory, motor and intellectual dysfunction. Using no more than 5 grams of presseure to correct the system by allowing the body to unwind and rebalance itself..

I teach Reiki and am happy to do a one on one or group.
