Today, I have incorporated the use of Hot Basalt stones with my Therapeutic Massage, not only placing the warm stones around the body, but also massaging with them. This not only relaxes the body and nervous system quickly and effectively, but also relieves tension in those tired and aching muscles, with less pressure, yet still achieving the same powerful results as Deep Tissue massage.
