As a Herbalist Elaine prescribes Herbal Formulas as an effective way to bring balance to the body naturally. At times we need additional support to help our bodies function properly and efficiently, this may be due to increased stress levels or when experiencing physiological changes like pregnancy or menopause then it may be advisable to take a series of vitamins and minerals for an initial period of time. Generally a three month period is a good timeframe to check for health improvements.
Elaine uses homoeopathic remedies for general health improvement and for first aid assistance. The Bach Flower remedies are also available to help with balancing feelings and emotions that may be troubling you, your family members and your pets.

About Elaine.
Elaine has been a practitioner since 1991, she has tutored Aromatherapy and Self Empowerment Courses at local colleges and Nationwide around New Zealand as well as teaching Certificate and Diploma level Aromatherapy Courses at Wellpark College of Natural Therapies.
Since graduating as a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist in 2005, she has found herself working with executive business people, mothers with children and with animals (started with her Burmese cats) using natural remedies like herbs, supplements and homoeopathy.
Elaine believes it is very important to have an alternate health option not only for yourself and family but also for your pets.
Her Focus is on Self-care, Education and using Creative Visualisation Techniques which she likes to incorporate into Teaching and Consultations.
Since arriving in England in July 2006 she became registered with the GCRN - British Naturopathic Association (BNA) and was an Executive Council Member.
She has worked professionally as a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist for the Herbal company “Culpeper and Napiers’, at Worcester and Bristol, for local Health Clinics and writing Health Articles for the paper “The Bright Times”
Elaine has taught Public Health Modules at Worcester University and Nutrition modules and supervised clinic modules to CNM students in the Bristol, Birmingham and London Colleges in the United Kingdom.
Her role is one of Education, Elaine strongly believes that with knowledge and understanding the client is empowered and then able to make the necessary choices to become an active participant in their own health and well-being.
