Kinesiology
The aim of a ICPKP kinesiology session is to bring you closer to achieving any goal of your choice.
Through the use of muscle testing, your body is asked to indicate which balancing techniques are right for you.
These balancing techniques are adapted from Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture and Chriopractic theories, and others developed from what we know about flower essences, colour, sound, vibrational healing and food.
A Kinesiology ‘balance’ is a unique process for each person and thus the treatments you receive will be specific to your healing needs.
Massage
Relax the body and calm the mind, promote overall health and well-being. Take time out to treat yourself with a relaxation massage.
Swedish massage uses long slow and rhythmic motions to relieve tension in muscles, increase oxygen flow in the blood, release toxins from the tissues, reduce stress and rejuvenate.
Choose from a range of essential oils and blends for a personalised massage. For example oils can be selected to help boost immunity, soothe the emotions or focus the mind, or you can simply choose a scent that you like the smell of.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy healing whereby the practitioner channels universal (Rei) energy (ki) through to the recipient.
It is beneficial to everybody, especially those who are too physically or emotionally frail to receive another type of treatment. It is a completely safe and non-invasive treatment that can be used in conjunction with any type of therapy.
