- Are you feeling sad, stressed, anxious, frightened or angry?
- Are you having problems at home, work, or elsewhere - with partners, friends, or family?
- Are alcohol, drugs, or gambling, causing conflict with others, or otherwise creating problems for you?
Sometimes our worries seem so big that we feel overwhelmed by them.
Or we feel stuck or dissatisfied with the way life is going . . . . .
Counselling can help.- Having problems is part of being human but you don’t have to deal with them on your own.
- Counselling provides a safe space to talk, where you and the concerns you have are treated with respect.
- It’s a place where you can think about what you want your life to look life.
- You’ll be supported to achieve the goals that you choose.
- It is a process in which counsellor and client work together.
RESOLVE ISSUES . . . IDENTIFY AND ACHIEVE PERSONAL GOALS . . . COUNSELLING CAN HELP.
- I am experienced in working with both adults and youth.
- My preferred way of working is strengths based and solutions-focused.
- When things are difficult in our lives, it can be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel and our inner resources may be hidden from us.
- Together we’ll identify the strengths, skills, and strategies that you’ll be able to use to address the issues and move forward with your life.
