About SimpleMove Currently my practice centres on individual lessons. I work with an interesting range of people from those living with pain or chronic conditions, people adjusting after weight loss surgery through to professional performers and musicians. I find the work exciting and stimulating. I also teach an Awareness Through Movement (ATM) class for Seniors and anticipate offering further group Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes soon.
I have a background in performance and adult education. It is wonderful to be teaching in movement and awareness education again and I am pleased to be making the Feldenkrais method available in Dunedin once more.
