The world is divided into people who think yoga is too hard for them and those who think it will provide no challenge.... but yoga can neither be too easy or too hard. The teacher and the student create the perfect practice together.
"Yoga with Jennie has simply changed my life. She brings a thorough, well educated, deep understanding of yoga philosophy and postures and tailors each class intuitively to my needs. Her teaching is beautifully eloquent yet easy to understand so I immerse quickly and even do most of the class with my eyes closed! This has significantly enhanced my experience.
I feel nurtured and in the hands of a true master. A highly recommended teacher and yoga experience."
Dr Jackie Mills, Group Fitness Director, Les Mills International

Why Yoga for Life?
Beginning a yoga practice brings about subtle and profound changes in your body and your life. But more simply, it makes you feel good. It is relaxing and energizing. It is strengthening and you feel better at the end of a session than you did at the beginning. You begin to notice that life runs more smoothly on the days you practice yoga than on the days you don't. Yoga enhances your daily experience of life.
As you continue to practice you begin to see things differently as well as having a healthier, stronger body...this results in more peace of mind, better health, more enthusiasm and energy and a growing sense of inner and outer well being.
One of the things about having this body is that, with age it tends to stiffen and become tight and inflexible. This does not happen suddenly, but rather sneaks up on us and we notice it gradually. With yoga you can dramatically slow down, and in some cases reverse, the tendancy to stiffen with age. On a physical level the three most obvious and immediate benefits from Hatha Yoga are the increase in balance, strength and flexibility.
Incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques will see a flow on affect in your peace of mind and build a more intimate knowledge of your internal world.
