Donna is a trained massage therapist working professionally with massage for 20 years.
Combined with her knowledge and experience of Traditional Chinese medicine Donna can relieve your back pain with the combination of massage, cupping. Cups are used to draw the circulation and promote healing. Combination of oil and sliding cups creates a gentle pressure with creates a relieving sensation. Donna Rose Hall
Donna has over 25 years of experience working as a health practitioner and specialises in women’s health.
She uses integrative therapies and Traditional Chinese Acupuncture to assist with hormonal balance, pre-conception for women and couples, pregnancy, parenting, stress and anxiety and general wellbeing.
Donna learnt the power of touch in assisting recovery and alleviating pain and anxiety while working as a registered nurse. She took this further by becoming qualified in Holistic massage, energy balancing, Healing Touch and Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Later, Donna pursued a career in midwifery and has assisted many women and families with their journey through birth and parenting. While practicing midwifery, she found acupuncture to be highly successful in reducing and alleviating the discomforts of pregnancy, including the emotional changes a woman goes through. This led Donna to gain a qualification in midwifery acupuncture.

Janet has many years of experience working in women’s health. With a professional background in nursing and lactation in both hospital and community settings, she has skills in helping women and babies to achieve their optimal health and wellness.
Janet was inspired that acupuncture can naturally activate our body’s self-healing abilities. Acupuncture can strengthen and harmonise our body,mind and soul to prevent future illness and disease. In particular, the World Health Organisation and many recent scientific research studies support the effectiveness of acupuncture for our whole body. Janet has a special interest in and is committed to women’s health and mental health issues. Janet’s practice integrates scientific research-based knowledge and Eastern holistic philosophies. She is genuinely inspired by empowering people towards a harmonious balance of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well being.
