* Conception Coaching - are you planning a baby and not had any success so far? Let us teach you about your fertility and how to identify your most fertile time and achieve a healthy pregnancy.
* Natural Contraception - are you fed up with the side effects of hormonal contraceptives and would like to try another, more natural way? We can teach you how to identify your fertile & safe times to allow you greater freedom in your contraceptive choices.
* Breastfeeding Mums - this can be a confusing time for new mums but we can help you monitor your fertility and identify your return to fertility after having given birth.
Soul Fertility teaches the Sympto-thermal method of Natural Family Planning which if used correctly offers an effectiveness rate of 98% for avoiding a pregnancy. It is easy to learn but is best used under supervision in order to fully understand how it works.
Soul Fertility is owned and run by Jo Hayes, who faced her own fertility issues in the past and was able to overcome them by using this method to achieve a pregnancy. Jo now has a healthy 1 year old daughter and felt that she would love to help other couples the method that worked for her!
