Kaye is a Career Coach and Transition Consultant with specialist expertise in career and personal development. Known for her holistic approach, Kaye works with employees and groups at all levels and diverse industries during organisational and individual career and life transitions. Working with people affected by redundancy, self driven career change, performance improvement through improved job alignment, identity redefinition at midlife and later life, retirement planning and personal development are all aspects of her work.
Facilitating groups of employees or course participants in a wide range of courses is also something Kaye has significant experience in.
