My goal as your Naturopath is to establish the root cause of any health issues you may be experiencing, and then stimulate your own natural healing ability to steer you towards wellness. I can work in conjunction with Western medicinal practitioners to assist in recovery or to help cope with any side-affects of a prescribed treatment. I aim to assist you to maintain wellness in your normal lifestyle so that you stand the best chance of avoiding future illnesses altogether.
SERVICES
With your participation, I develop an individualised health plan that may include the prescription of pharmaceutical quality herbal medicines and tonics, nutritional supplements (of a quality only available to qualified practitioners), homeopathic remedies, flower essences, and dietary and lifestyle adjustments. We can be as strict or gradual with any lifestyle changes and new supplement implementations as suits your own goals and budget.
