We specialise in remedial and sports massage, and treat a variety of conditions. These can range from neck and shoulder pain from sitting at a computer all day, to past and present sports injuries that cause recurring issues.
We tailor individual treatment plans to restore balance and correct functioning within the body, then prescribe stretching & strengthening exercises whilst monitoring your progress to maximise the outcome. We work in conjunction with other health industry professionals to ensure you can achieve the outcome desired and are committed to working with you to find the best treatment to suit your needs and lifestyle.
