Holistic Health, based in Wellington offer's the highest standards in natural therapies and workshops. We believe all our customers our unique and we provide you with the flexibility to combine any therapy if required.
Our goal is very simple, to help you return to the path of wellness as quickly as possible. We want to empower you so that you can manage your own health effectively and continue along the path of wellness when you return home. We help to do this through gentle guidance and re- education. We appreciate that as a complex being your general health and general wellbeing can be affected by many areas of your life. Physical pain can affect your emotional wellbeing and vice versa.
Prolonged pain and suffering can not only affect you emotionally but also your mental wellbeing. At Holistic Health we acknowledge your uniqueness and we treat you as a complete person. We often combine therapies to assist with treating the root cause of the issue(s).
Our therapists Lynda Millar and Stefanie Bath are highly qualified to cater to your needs.
Lynda Millar: Holistic Health Director, course trainer, Life Coach/NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master and holistic therapist.
Stefanie Bath: Reflexologist, Reiki Master and massage therapist.
