Angela is a registered nurse and has been running a successful naturopathic practice since 1996. She works with patients in detailed consultation, focusing on prevention, education and natural remedies. Herbal extracts, therapies and tests are individually selected according to the patients needs. Current research of natural medicine, herbal clinical trials and also of herb/drug interactions keeps Angela’s treatments at the forefront of today’s health.

She applies natural and herbal treatments that are both traditionally and scientifically researched. Bettina will tailor nutritional and lifestyle advice to individual needs. Her focus is to guide and assist her clients to make healthier choices and to empower them on their path to optimum health.

Phil follows a scientific and evidence-based path to select and formulate herbal treatments for each patient, taking any other medications into account. He has much experience working with those managing depression, anxiety and stress, as well as with individuals trying to withdraw from alcohol or drugs. He also treats a large number of patients with autoimmune conditions such as eczema, asthma and hepatitis C.

Ryan is a New Zealand trained osteopath graduating in 2003. He specialises in both structural and cranial techniques treating most commonly back and neck pain, headaches and infant problems (feeding, sleeping, recurrent ear infections).

After completing study at Otago University, Sam moved to Auckland looking for a more practical application to health: he found osteopathy to be the perfect answer. Sam is particularly interested in working with people suffering from acute injuries to become pain free as quickly as possible.

Jenny is an integrated medical practitioner of both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and conventional medicine. She specializes in gynaecology, fertility, obstetrics and pain management. Jenny uses a combination of Acupuncture, Tuina (therapeutic massage), Herbal Medicine, Cupping, Electric Acupuncture and Implanted (embedding) Acupuncture to achieve holistic healing for her patients.

Jeannie has been practising body therapies full-time since 2001.
She specialises in Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Fascial Kinetics (a Bowen therapy) and massage therapies including therapeutic deep tissue, relaxation, trigger point, pregnancy and corporate on-site massage. Adults, children and babies are all welcome.

Ineke has been practising since 1998 and is a NZ Registered Reflexologist. She uses reflexology as a diagnostic tool to indicate mental, emotional and physical health. Her modalities of treatment then include Vibrational Energy Healing, Holistic pulsing, Ionic Detox and Ear Candle treatments. Sessions are adjusted to clients needs and might include one or more modalities per session to enhance the treatment.
