Reiki Reflexology Healing
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki literally means "spiritually guided life force energy."
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Practitioners channel energy directly from the universal energy source, sending the energy back through the client to the places it is most needed. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.
I use a technique which combines Reiki and Reflexology. Reflexology works on the pressure points in the feet to target specific areas. I have found the two methods compliment each other with very successful results.
