Welcome to Antara Therapeutic Massage
Bridgett Horne has practised Massage for about 10 years after training with accredited teacher Sandra Paul at the Lotus Centre for Healing in Dunedin. She has studied anatomy and physiology for massage and complimentary therapies with The Naturopathic College of New Zealand and recently completed her second degree Reiki which adds a beautiful holistic approach for a clients wellbeing. Bridgett is a 33 year old mother of three girls living in Nelson with her partner and has interests in exercise, meditation, yoga, reading, art, horses and family (of course!)
Beneficial Effects of Massage
