Counsellor and therapist Nicola Millar is committed to providing each individual with a safe and therapeutic environment. Nicola’s holistic approach to counselling promotes healing on all levels of the self - including emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Services
Insight Therapy provides a range of therapeutic services to meet your individual needs in a relaxed and caring environment.
The first session is free to everyone. The purpose of this session is to provide you with the opportunity to meet with Nicola to discuss the challenges you are facing and decide on the most appropriate counselling techniques for you. Subsequent sessions range from $60.00 per hour.
Face-to-Face Counselling
Face-to-face counselling sessions are available in the evenings Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9am-3pm. The first session takes approximately one and a half hours and subsequent sessions are approximately one hour.
