As a life coach this is what I do - I help people discover their potential! Helping people focus on what matters most to them in life, and giving them the 'tools' to take charge, and live a full, rich life, is both energising and inspirational.
I trained with the New Zealand School of Coaching where I completed the Applied Coach Education Programme (level 1) and graduated as a certified coach. I am guided by the International Coach Federation (ICF) Pledge of Ethics and Standards of Ethical Conduct.
I have since been enjoying the priviledge of coaching people who are ready to devote the time and energy to making real changes in their work or life, relationships or environment, with extremely rewarding results. Their success is my success.
