We specialise in teaching the principles of the highly effective Zone Diet and Paleolithic Diets.
This eating plan is in line with how our bodies were genetically designed to eat. Our bodies genetic makeup with respect to diet is still in the hunter and gatherer age, and we are simply not designed to cope with the large amounts of grains and refined carbohydrates currently recommended. Many of today's diseases are a direct result of eating against our genetic heritage.

The Zone Diet
The Zone Diet is a highly effective eating plan that maximises fat loss, increases energy and improves health.
