The clinic is in a handy central location in the exchange area of Dunedin. As a provider for the High Performance Sport New Zealand, treatments are also carried out at the HPSNZ Building beside the Forsyth Barr Stadium.

What is therapeutic massage?
Therapeutic massage is the methodical manipulation of muscles and other soft tissues using pressure and friction. This is individualized to meet client comfort levels with the aim to relieve tension, reduce pain, enhance performance and aid in recovery.

What to Expect
A thorough massage session typically takes 1 hour commencing with a brief interview and assessment. The room is tailored to optimise client comfort, being quiet, warm and peaceful. During the massage the client is fully draped for privacy and comfort. Only the body part that is being worked will be exposed at any one time. For maximum comfort it is advised not to eat or drink heavily prior to your session.

Deep Tissue - A specific approach to treat chronic and acute pain using neuromuscular technique
Relaxation! Stress Reduction - Encourages the body and mind to release tension and stress, enhancing overall sense of wellbeing
Corporate Chair Massage - fully clothed 10— 15 mm seated massage, targets back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck and scalpIdeal for an employee incentive package
Pregnancy Massage - Helps alleviate the physiological and psychological changes caused by pregnancy. The client is comfortably supported in a side lying position
