I'm so looking forward to connecting with you in person. I help people to move through blocks, whether that be physical illness, emotional trauma or general unhappiness in life. Whatever the presenting issues, I can help you understand what is causing the problem and help you clear it from its roots to create lasting, positive change.
My ability to do this stems from my own personal journey to recover from debilitating illness which resulted in being unable to work for over 10 years. I have overcome chronic fatigue, clinical depression, anxiety, insomnia, asthma, allergies, recurring bladder infections, debilitating back pain and more. In my search for answers I tried over 160 different natural therapies (yes, it's true!) and then went on to study to professional level the top cutting-edge methods which helped me transform my life.
I have to admit, the journey has been challenging, as I discovered that true healing means to 'become whole', and this is not an overnight change. However, I am now able to distill my learning and training into the programs I offer so that you can take advantage of my 25 years of first-hand experience in a much shorter time!
All our work can be conducted from the comfort of your own home! Sessions are held remotely via phone or skype, and I have a clinic in Auckland, New Zealand if you prefer to come in person. I travel regularly internationally to teach workshops and give public seminars. I also offer online webinars and programs.
