Welcome to Form Life Coaching
Based on the client’s expressed interests, goals, and objectives a relationship is started between the client and the coach. Through discussion the personal coach helps the client to identify personal goals, develop strategies and initiate action plans that will help towards achieving those goals. The coach will help you create the vision.
Personal coaching is about supporting the individual as they make choices about their life and work, to stimulate, excite and encourage them to step outside their comfort zone.
Basically – it’s all about you! Do you want to change something in your life? Are you lacking spirituality or needing motivation? Do you have a vision but don’t really know where to start? Or do you simply desire a healthy and happy life?
Form Life Coaching gives you the confidence and courage to move forward, have a better perspective on life and help you create a life filled with satisfaction. As your personal coach I will help you to discover your needs, wants and realise your true potential.

All about Me
I was born, raised and educated in Macedonia (just like Alexander the Great), which automatically gives me a passionate nature and a proud heart.
In 2001, in search of diverse culture and fashion, I ventured to Western Europe to live in the wonderful city of London. There I soaked up all types of life experience and learnt a lot about how people are different (and how people are the same).
I now reside in Auckland, New Zealand, with my husband and amazing daughter. It was only while living here enjoying family life that I realised the opportunities that open up through life coaching. Using my experience in psychology and general love for helping people, I studied life coaching with CoachU, a faculty based in the USA.
Qualifications now in hand, I love being a life coach! Empowering people to find personal success and fulfilment is not only extremely rewarding but it inspires me everyday. Life for me is a continual journey of knowledge that should be coupled with happiness. As a life coach that’s what I promote.
