ACCESS BARS
Running the Bars is a simple, non-invasive, energy process where the facilitator lightly touches each point on the head to release the energy. Receiving this process, i.e. “having your Bars run,” usually leaves you with a sense of peace and space and a feeling like there is more possibility open to you. This is an incredibly dynamic process that will not only leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed as if you have had a deep restful sleep or a really great massage… it can also change your life!

THE JOURNEY
The Journey is a very powerful and profound healing process that was pioneered by Brandon Bays, author of the best selling book ‘The Journey’. Through her experience of healing a basketball sized tumour in six and a half weeks without the use of any drugs or surgery, she was able to develop this incredible healing tool.
The Journey is a cellular healing process in which you are able to gain direct access to the root cause (cell memory) of whatever is blocking you from living your life from your shining potential. You will access the truth of who you are, creating a sense of wholeness and acceptance, and as you continue to open you will soar in freedom. The Journey truly is a blessing and gift to humanity.
REIKI
Reiki is most often translated as “universal life force energy” and is pronounced “Ray Key”. It is a combination of two Japanese words – Rei which means “Spirit or Universal Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”.
It is a very relaxing and therapeutic healing modality in which the practitioner channels Reiki Energy by laying their hands on or just off the body of the receiver. It works on both a physical, emotional and spiritual level creating a sense of inner peace.
ENERGY WORK & SPIRITUAL HEALING
Everything in the universe is made up of energy. As human beings we have a physical body, along with subtle bodies which are not always visible to the human eye known as the ‘energy field’ or ‘aura’. Working with the energy field and chakra system to clear blocks creates balance and incredible healing on all levels of being, it also allows manifestation of your true desires to unfold effortlessly. Empowering Women into Motherhood…
Sacred Birth was born from Nic and her husband’s experience of consciously conceiving their baby, trusting the process of natural birth and creating a sacred birth plan to honour and welcome their gorgeous baby into the world gently with trust, ease and grace.
THE SACRED BIRTH WORKSHOP
The Sacred Birth Workshop assists couples in achieving an honouring and sacred birth experience. Nic creates an intimate space for expecting parents to feel welcomed and safe in exploring their personal birth choices.
The content includes: the importance of a connection and bond with your midwife, creating sacred space, choosing a home or hospital birth, drug free pain relief, water birth and active birth, natural therapy options and much more.
The workshop is interactive, informative and a great way to meet like minded
people.
THE SACRED BIRTH JOURNEY
The Sacred Birth Journey is a powerful and cleansing inner journey for ‘mums to be’ which follows on from the workshop. Women can choose to continue to dive into the Sacred Birth experience by working with Nic one on one in this incredibly power journey. It works on all levels of being – emotional, physical, spiritual and the energy bodies, empowering women in their rite of passage of birth.
The Sacred Birth Journey is made up of four sessions (including workshop) that assist in releasing any limiting belief systems, anxiety and fear around birthing baby naturally in sacred space. It welcomes in light, empowerment, deep love and connection between mother and baby. Women learn to trust their inner knowing that they can birth their baby from a place of consciousness and awareness.
It supports first time mums and mums pregnant with subsequent children who are choosing a different birth experience. Incorporating various natural therapy and healing techniques that that work gently to allow a release, bringing a sense of oneness to mum and baby.
Nic supports ‘mums to be’ to access their own body’s wisdom and claim their power for what is one of the most amazing and life-changing experiences as a woman. She also works to create a conscious birth plan that will honour the whole family.
The Sacred Birth Journey gives all women an opportunity to take time for themselves before the birth of their precious baby. This is a time of nurturing, to relax into the journey of motherhood.
