I work with all ages and families, assisting them in gaining more understanding of themselves, their behaviour and their relationships with others.
I have a special interest in working with clients that have experienced trauma or abuse, either current or historic.
I provide a confidential service in a safe environment, allowing my client to examine and express their thoughts, feelings and behaviour without being judged or criticised.
I follow a holistic approach whereby I value each person as a unique individual with physical, emotional and psychological needs.
I am a provisional member of the New Zealand association of counsellors and am bound by their code of ethics.
