SERVICES
Welcome to Papakura Yoga Centre
Juliet teaches a dynamic style of Hatha Yoga that is both accessible and challenging - attracting students from the greater Auckland area to her studio in Papakura.
The focus of classes is on enhancing natural movement patterns that create a sense of ease, strength and integration in the body, on and off the mat. Juliet and her teachers pay careful attention to alignment that supports individual bodies within a group environment.
Juliet is available for public classes and private sessions at her studio in Papakura.
