Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is based on an ancient Ayurvedic healing system
that has been practised all over India for thousands of years. This massage is relaxing both physically & mentally & focuses on the back, shoulders, neck and head.
At this workshop you will learn a 20min massage technique from this ancient art.

The Tutor
Maarie has been teaching Indian Head Massage since 1996.
She was trained by the creator of this particular style,
her mentor and guru Nahendra Mehta.
Maarie operates a business called Positive Touch that offers Workplace Massage, Indian Head Massage tuition, Therapeutic Massage and Baby Massage classes.
Maarie is also a yoga teacher and professional belly dancer.
