I trained with BRIAN WEISS M.D. (Psychiatrist), Author of MANY LIVES, MANY MASTERS, at the Omega Institute in 2006. I'm the only one to have trained with him in New Zealand to date.
I have an Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy, from, Alpha Hypnosis Training Institute in Auckland.
I completed the Diploma in Transpersonal Breathwork at the 'Living Waters Centre' in the early 90's.
This probably has had the most impact on me spiritually. A profound and precious time in my life.
We applied practical Jungian framework incorporating dream analysis, Mandala drawing, Active meditations, Breathwork, Sandplay and Gestalt. I bring all of these skills and techniques into our session together.

Regressive Hypnosis
A session normally consists of an initial, free consultation of half an hour, then we continue with the session' for an hour.
I highly recommend 2 sessions initially because a follow up session after the initial session, is very helpful to help integrate the 1st session and answer any questions that may arise.
If you are struggling with any emotional issues and you feel or sense that there is maybe a deeper cause for this in your life, Regressive Hypnotherapy is a very powerful solution and a profound way of shifting issues permanently.
Regressive Hypnosis is so effective because as explained to me, there is such a thing as 'cell memory'.
Our cells contain within them the memory of previous lifetimes and our spirit remembers every experience the soul has expereinced, since the beginning of time... all painful and happy experiences.
When our spirit enters the physical body at the beginning of this incarnation, all memories are 'downloaded' and when we remember a past life experience, we can 'release' and let go permanently, phobias, pain and trauma.
I have had wonderful results with this work... and have witnessed clients, complete shifting of both physical and emotional pain after years of feeling without hope or answers.
Each client is different, some may feel they want ongoing sessions while others come for one or two sessions.
An initial consultation and assessment is necessary in order to determine the level of hypnosis a client is able to go to.
