About Doreen

Doreen brings over fifteen years experience as a Health and Wellbeing MindBody Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Practice Owner, and Education Professional to each appointment. Doreen's holistic MindBody approach to massage therapy focuses on four key pillars; the physical, the emotional, the spiritual, and lifestyle to reveal the root causes of pain and discomfort. This approach provides a foundation for Doreen and each client to build a targeted treatment plan and achieve measurable results. Outside of her professional life, Doreen is a loving wife and mum to three adult children. At the core of Doreen's life is her commitment to personal wellbeing. Doreen believes love of life, exercise, meditation, yoga, and mindful eating are some of the essential elements for her in achieving a balanced, happy, and healthy life.

Clinic

Advanced Massage Specialist's clinic is located in the peaceful bush surrounds of Titirangi. Only 30 minutes drive from Auckland City, with plenty of off street parking available. Doreen uses high-quality linen and anti-inflammatory massage rubs and organic essential oils to give her clients the best possible recovery and experience. Doreen also uses heat-packs and gel cooling packs which are available to purchase along with specialised rehabilitation aids (exercise balls, braces, supports, pillows, mats and strengthening aids).
