HI my name is Nicola Lincoln. Over the last 15 years I have grown the number of professional healing modality hats I wear - starting with becoming a successful fully qualified Naturopath, then becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, PSYCH-K® facilitator, Spiritual Mentor and Author.
I see and treat all health concerns; anything that affects the whole self - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, by transforming limiting beliefs and looking at lifestyle, nutrition, energy healing and herbs.
My philosophy is to use a means that resonates with my clients so that they can reduce the stressors in their lives, becoming healthy, happy and thriving, living in a way that will be more aligned with their inner self, topping up their inner mojo.
I love seeing people empowered with being their authentic selves, listening to their inner voice to bring balance, harmony, happiness and health into their everyday life, allowing a sprinkle of daily magic!

Nicola has a degree in Health Science (CompMed) and advanced diplomas in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine, completed in 2008. She has obtained the highest level in Reiki Healing - Reiki Master Teacher, and recetly become a PSYCH-K® facilitator and an Author of "Whispers of the Soul."
She has successfully helped many clients over the last 15 + years, having a passion for alternative therapies including herbs, energy healing and transforming limiting beliefs. Along side her clinic she has also supervised the naturopathic students at the South Pacific College of Natural Medicine in Auckland.

Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine
We allow an hour for a naturopathic consultation, in which we will discuss your health concerns and medical history. Also taken into account are hereditary factors, dietary and lifestyle factors, past and present and emotional factors. Your consultation will be in-depth and individualised so that we can help treat your symptoms and understand what may be causing them, allowing us to create your optimal health treatment plan.
Herbal and nutritional medicine along with healthy eating and lifestyle are increasingly shown as valid treatment options for many health concerns, including:
- Irritable Bowel, Bloating, Flatulence, Diarrhea, Constipation, Reflux and Indigestion
- Low Energy, Adrenal Fatigue and Thyroid imbalances

Nutrition, Weight Loss and Food Sensitivity Testing
A balanced healthy diet can be taylour made to suit your lifestyle and health concerns. Ensuring adequate nutrients, the essential building blocks of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, good fats and fibre are part of your daily routine to support and energise you through out your day. For those with health concerns such as weight loss, arthritis, eczema, allergies, repeated infections and high blood pressure, learning which foods may exacerbate the condition and which promote healing can be done with a Food Hair Sensitive Test along with a consultation. The use of supplements and herbs may also be included in your dietary plan.

Reiki Healing
Reiki is pronounced "ray key" and was founded in Japan in the early 1900's by Dr. Mikao Usui. It was introduced to the western world by Mrs Takata and is used by thousands of people all around the world.
Your treatment is a passive experience, as the energy flows according to your needs. The healers hands are placed lightly upon you in various non-intrusive positions following your endocrine system and as where may be needed. You will lie on a massage table fully clothed, and most people begin to relax very quickly.
1 Hour Healing Treatment: $90
Reiki Courses:
Level 1 $280, Level 2 $380, Level 3A Master Practitioner $500 and Master Teacher $800
Spiritual Awareness & Development
We provide both spiritual development classes and one-on-one appointments. Our aim is to empower you to connect with your higher self and divine spirit, developing communication with your guides and to find your own higher knowledge and truth. My guides and I work with you to discover, access and develop your own gifts is a safe, caring and supportive way.
Initial one-on-one Appointment is 90 mins: $120
