Brent Taylor, owner / trainer of Symmetry Personal Training has a Diploma in Exercise Science from Massey University and many years experience providing exceptional personal and small group training.
Brent is the exercise consultant for Land Transport NZ national rescue squads and pre-season boxing / core conditioning trainer to Wellington Hurricane Tony Penn and Queensland Red Tama Tuirirangi.
After working in the Wellington fitness industry for 5 years, Brent saw a niche in the New Plymouth market and launched Symmetry to offer personalised fitness solutions.

Boot Camp
Boot Camp Fitness offers tangible health and fitness benefits for people of all ages and fitness levels. It's modelled on military style training designed to offer variety and adventure in a highly disciplined environment.
The camps are a rigorous 4 week programme of demanding physical exercise incorporating both physically and mentally challenging activities. Each programme consists of 2 one hour sessions per week and includes a T-shirt, nutritional information and an exercise programme.
Boot Camp sessions are held at various parks and beaches throughout New Plymouth. Activities include boxing/kickboxing, sprinting, hill runs, ammo box carries, running stairs, tyre pulls and plyometrics etc.
The Boot Camp costs $120 per person for the first camp and $100 per person for re-enrolment (no T-shirt or manual).
Corporate Boot Camps are available on request.
