Our Classes
Fight-Do - The Ultimate exercise for weight loss, adrenaline and pure excitement. This class encompasses martial arts and boxing to produce a powerful and exhilarating workout. Come and "FIGHT IT OUT" with Saturn and Hamish!!!
Oxigeno - Has a primary focus on developing flexibility, improving mobility and core stability. This unique blend of Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi combines dynamic stretch movements with music.
SexiXrcise - A modified aerobics class using seductive choreography for a fun and sexy workout. We welcome all women over 20 years of age * and is suitable for all sizes and fitness levels.

There are 3 levels of membership-Platinum, Gold or Silver depending on your choice of exercise regime.
As part of your membership, progress reports can be conducted monthly to ensure you're on target to achieving your goal. Aside from personal training and classes, we also have available a Sunbed, a unisex Sauna, Massage Therapy and Bowen Therapy with Alister Jones our Bowtech Accredited Therapist. Conveniently, we provide you with filtered chilled water, towels, shampoo /conditioner and body wash - all at no extra charge.
